Pros

-Independent Work -Benefits are OK -Pay is pretty good

Cons

-Management definitely shows favoritism -Lack of training/tries to make up for it with Helpjuice documents but there is no formal training -Managment claims to be "hands off" but will micromanage -Will expect you to work beyond normal working hours It was not all bad, but I did feel like the working conditions were rough, especially in a remote environment, it is hard to thrive in a company that invests very little into building up their teams.

Pros

I worked here for a little over a year as a customer success manager. I enjoyed the role. Working remotely it was a little strange because there wasn’t much culture. I did love my job while I was there and my boss was very understanding and open to supporting me.

Cons

Benefits package is not that great Sometimes can be disorganized, despite having a hefty database of information. Lack of culture for remote workers
