Pros
Leadership genuinely interested in making sure everyone knows they count. Quarterly meetings are succinct and to the point, thus offering time for question/answer sessions and best of all - quarterly awards recognizing those with customer kudos! A nice place to work.
Cons
This is a hard one to answer. As everyone knows, raises are tied to contracts so they are not always able to give a very big one. Depends on the contract.
