Pros
- The management team is involved and always available to discuss ideas with - You get to work with some very smart people and on some very innovative equipment - Flexible working hours, combined with a relaxed office vibe and a very friendly/approachable core team. - Great mentorship for all things communications/coding related, Alan does great code reviews for coders of all experience levels
Cons
1. If you don't have a vehicle, the location can be a bit longer to get to by bus. 2. Sometimes it felt as though there is a bit of a disconnect since the aircraft is not actually at the office. Apart from that, my experience with Romaeris was overall positive and I enjoyed it very much.
