Poor management/lack of support for staff

The school is situated on a nice hilly place, which is so relaxing. The students are respectful and eager to learn. The new management is very supportive and understanding but are restricted by the business management.

Accommodation is not provided for international teachers, yet the houses for rent nearby the school, for a minimum 25-30sqm already cost more than half of the gross salary.
