      Bonus scheme if you work a full Dec-Dec cycle.

      Cons

      Poor behaviours exhibited by senior management. Swearing is absolutely common place. No work life balance - constantly having to work 7 days a week in some way, shape or form. Constant harassment from regional managers. No opportunities to develop and no support given to facilitate this.
