      Pros

      My manager was friendly and really tried to help and train me sell remotely.

      Cons

      Bad part was I sold a lot of roof policies in one month and made no money. That shouldn't happen. Then there was was no real accountability when I asked why all of my policies did not get approved by insurance in a month? The only way to make money is door to door for this job. Remote will not make sense without a better plan.

      Pros

      This position has a real ability to make money unlike the other sales jobs I was interviewing for. Comes with base pay, benefits. Good team environment and office location.

      Sales is hard and you have to be ready to sell everyday

      Cons

      Management is on your case 24/7. Don't care about work-life balance. Was reprimanded for running late coming back from an appointment I had to leave early for.
