This position has a real ability to make money unlike the other sales jobs I was interviewing for. Comes with base pay, benefits. Good team environment and office location.

Sales is hard and you have to be ready to sell everyday

Pros

I have been extremely happy during my time at RoofClaim. The coworkers I am around daily make the workday fun and I have gotten to meet other coworkers from out of the area at various events who I consider friends now from afar. We all work together as a team and are recognized for our contributions, always celebrating big achievements along with the small. The company does expect hard workers that can produce results: when I helped out in recruiting I always did my best to make that clear as that isn’t the best fit for everyone. I grew up competing on a National level in a sport so this was easy for me to adjust to and prosper in. I am honored I was given a promotion and feel valued for going above and beyond. The CEO/Company is not scared to pay people bonuses for their exceptional results (especially the sales reps!) so it’s the perfect fit for people who take direction well, take pride in their work, and are looking for financial security.

Pros

My manager was friendly and really tried to help and train me sell remotely.

Cons

Bad part was I sold a lot of roof policies in one month and made no money. That shouldn't happen. Then there was was no real accountability when I asked why all of my policies did not get approved by insurance in a month? The only way to make money is door to door for this job. Remote will not make sense without a better plan.
