Works lot of overtime, get a small salary no compensation for travel either, sound interesting go apply!

Usually a fun work environment. Can talk with workers don't need any educatoin or experience to work here.

sales managemnet here is toxic and focused on pleasing the owner. lots of empty promises and closed door meetings. idk how many times i've been told that i'll get a raise soon. every one is very managed and you can't even take a smoke break with out being talked about!! any time some one is getting in trouble, they don't even take it to HR, sales management gets involved and has closed door meetings with every one. people leave this place all the time because management is not worth doing
