In the time I’ve been in the school, pressures due to covid, financial restrictions have made education a tougher place to work within. Increasingly work load has increased and work life balance has suffered Increasingly rigid structure work environment has been enforced making it less attractive especially to business support staff. Increasingly long term staff are leaving leading to loss of tacit knowledge and increased pressure on staff who remain.
