      Flexible work schedules. Challenging, in a good way, as you work with various industries and get exposure to a variety of situations. You get to become true partners/ advisors with your clients and great teamwork within. So far a great team to work with.

      Cons

      At times can be demanding with client deadlines, but a norm to the accounting industry.
