      Great mission, good culture. Collaborative, no stressful most of the time.

      Cons

      Very burocratic, difficult to implement changes, middle leadership could be improved, be more flexible, to enhance a more efficient work. It could allow to have more impact.

      Loved the work that I was doing, very mission (social/environmental) driven. Great team and very smart people.
