Social and fun work environment. Employee benefits. Opportunity for growth. Decent starting salary for position.

Cons

Not a small company feel anymore, minimum of 6 months in position before opportunity to relocate within company, insurance is strict and highly regulated in some situations your hands are simply tied.

Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

Cons

My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
