The HR department is highly political and lacks transparency Policies are often applied selectively, depending on internal bias rather than fairness tends to exercise a high degree of authority, which creates a power imbalance and limits open dialogueEmployees can feel hesitant to raise concerns due to her influential position and lack of a neutral escalation path Notice period during resignation is a strict 3 months, with salary held for 2 months without proper explanation.
