I've nearly spent a decade at Roots and still I feel like I joined yesterday, the vibes, the culture and most importantly, leaning opportunities are never fading away. And best part is, team is highly supportive and prompt in terms of implementing any new idea or taking a decision. Over the years I got opportunities to work on several challenges projects, definitely there were situation when I was under doubt, but with the support of mentors and fellow colleagues, I was able to navigate through situation.

If you're looking for static role with fixed set of responsibilities and have no intention to learn / experiment around, amid how the industry is shaping up, this isn't ideal workplace.
