They hire you as a Mid but they sell you as a senior so the pay is not fair. You are on your own if you have a problem they have to solve it alone. They do not provide equipment to work or any financial support. Too much lack of confidence, they constantly make monitoring calls to see what you are doing. There is no interaction with anyone and social activities are led by one person so there is no room for interaction. They don't listen to feedback. They are an old-fashioned company, they do not apply management strategies in accordance with a technology company
