Cons
Poor management decisions. Given the current situation, they seem to have some sort of strategy to make people leave and save themselves some money. There's like this big elephant in the room no one talks about because they fear for their financial stability or something (and this affects health in general). You can sense something's wrong but they just act like you're crazy if you try to talk about it and express your concerns. Advice given what I've heard and seen: use your days off before you leave, and be careful if you decide to leave a month that ends in the weekend. No matter you worked the whole month, they won't pay you for the whole month (they won't count those last days of the that are part of the weekend). They'll constantly say that they don't encourage working extra hours, but they won't give you those tools and help you need to avoid doing so. The current situation is that there's little to no consistency between what they say and what they do.
