I asked God to open doors and close doors no longer meant for me. I left Mount Sinai as a per diem tech, and God sent me to Roshal. The managers, the recruiters, the techs are all such an incredible people. In this company in a few weeks since I've been there, I've seen a tech that I met 12 years ago as a student now is the lead technologist in the Miami area. I get emails of supervisors who are now being elevated and promoted to managers, then zoning managers. I'm watching techs grow and learn and evolve. Every single person that works for this company has been absolutely amazing and kind and knowledgeable. I have even brought a few techs in to join the team and they love it as much as I do. The place we cover call for down here is Hca and every single person there has been amazing every doctor every nurse ever CT and x-ray tech every patient. This job is such a blessing as a full-time. You have the ability to make money sometimes while you sleep while you play with your children as a per diem tech, I am able to increase my income weekly. This company is a blessing and everyone who works for it are just amazing. I've been an ultrasound tech for over 15 years. I've worked for multiple travel companies, Multiple hospital systems multiple diagnostic imaging centers I even had my own business. This is the most organized company I've ever seen. The app itself is amazing. You navigate Payroll and don't get me started on the binders that the managers set up are literally works of art. I used to be a manager and you can tell how much time is put into everything they do at Rochal. I am literally surrounded by women who want to help and are filled with grace and love and understanding. In healthcare, sometimes we get comfortable being in rooms where we are not appreciated, not respected and not monetarily blessed and at this company, the pay the respect, the kindness, the compassion the patience, and understanding is unbelievable. I have never been prouder to work for a company. I hope you join the team. I promise you won't regret it
