Pros

Many different areas of law with which you will be able to dabble into all of them. Some people are really good people who are honest, ethical, have values, and do fantastic work for their clients.

Cons

The list is too long for this review but I will name a few: 1. No support from seniors making it hard to grow 2. Only those favoured will achieve their billable targets because they will be given the work to do so 3. Nepotism issues 4. Working environment is lacking as their are not enough offices for lawyers (however this changes regularly due to the number of staff that leave) 5. Management focussed completely on billable hours rather than helping clients 6. No HR department for issues 7. Severe lack of organization, making the firm reactive rather than proactive 8. Titles are given to keep staff rather than to those who deserve them.

Pros

Some good opportunities to advance and work on a range of matters. Baptism by fire. If you have experienced harm at the hands of these partners, please know you are not alone. Document everything and consider speaking to a journalist, and/or the legal services commission (you can make an anonymous complaint).

Cons

Persistent sexual harassment, inappropriate comments, bullying, clear patterns of grooming directed at young female employees and clerks. Young women considering opportunities at this firm should be warned: what appears to be a prestigious legal job could turn into an emotionally harmful and exploitative experience.

- cannot name a single pro about this place

Cons

- extremely low salary - unprofessional staff and management - toxic work culture - partner of particular team was extremely toxic, misogynist and racist -no HR department - bullying and harassment - expected employees to do overtime for free and stay back on weekends
