Pros

-the location of the office is good

Cons

-tons of account leads who do nothing and overworked and understaffed execs who do 99% of the work for incredibly measly pay and ungodly hours -incredibly toxic laddy culture - inappropriate and problematic jokes made by senior leadership casually at desks with zero space to feel like you can say anything -people getting fired left right and centre, no job security at all and people made to work their notice after getting let go which says everything you need to know about the company -HR does their best and has good intentions, but the top down culture is toxic

Pros

I had the privilege of being at rostrum for 7 years and loved my time there. Quick growth and promotion if you’re willing to set your expectations early. Monthly, quarterly and annual reviews which means you have a clear view for how you’re doing and how close you are to promotion Good clients Flexible working with no set amount of days in the office Unlimited holiday for long standing team members and days off for work anniversary, birthday and time between Xmas and new year Generous maternity leave Honest and nice team with no office politics which is a common issue in PR agencies Leadership who genuinely care about you as a person and celebrates your personal goals

Cons

Less support with growth once you’re a senior team member Lack of mandatory office time can mean junior members feel less supported Long hours at times Need more transparency on pay brackets for roles

Pros

- Interesting clients, from big known brands to new start ups - work/life balance the best I have seen in the industry - competitive salary and extensive benefits

Cons

- No company wide bonus scheme - No in-office requirement can make it tricky for juniors
