      Pros

      There are no benefits to working here. Don't expect any.

      Cons

      The company continues to lie, deflect and blame its problems on "restructuring", but the problem has always been and will continue to be the man who is sitting in Dubai. He is notorious for holding grudges, both with previous and current employees, and routinely shouts at people during work meetings. The culture is so rotten, and people experience severe anxiety stepping into the office, because every move they make is under the microscope. You are also expected to continue working after work hours, and if you try to question it, you are again yelled at publicly. No amount of restructuring can be used as an excuse for these systemic problems, which all stem from inexperienced, inefficient and disorganised management.

      Two confounders one is doing everything in reach to make the company and the people working there feel comfotable and be happy, Whereas there's this other dude who thinks he's just know it all and doesn't have any respect for people older than him or younger, treats employees inhumanly, working there was made worst because this one person,

      Cons

      Co founder~ who treat people like no one other in the whole world would have ever done, mocking them about their personal family backgrounds, holding grudges like cheap adolescent teenage girls against employees and mocking again and again for the work that is not even the particular person area of work , doesn't even have a sense of respect for people, judges peple on their background and gives them this atitude that clearly says he's a rich kid with issues and grumpiness. A kid who doesn't know what respect is !!
