The work can be difficult at times, but the pay easily justifies all of the hard work you put into it. Your co-workers are all very knowledgable in their field of expertise. There is always an opportunity to better your status in the company; all you have to do is show dedication, maturity, and a drive to learn. If you fulfill those three characteristics and ask your boss about advancement you will more than likely advance. The pay is very generous too.

Lets face it, working sucks, but if you have to work, REP is a great place to do just that. Some of the bosses can be a little condescending if they have a degree and you don't, which can be irritating at times.
