My Experience was really Good.

Every employee were not supportive

1) If you are a man machine (*donkey) and dont have your own dream than you are at right place. 2) They don't need engineers because all they do is reverse engineering through copying others product. 3) If you are for managerial position than this is right place to be because managers don't do anything, take credit for their colleagues hardwork and are biased. 4) Working with Solar pump team is best. They will truly teach you what is team building, professionalism and unbiased work. 5) For entrants Low salary, Long hours so you get lots of experience with frustration, toxic work life and many health issues.

Salary 1) You will be given a salary of 10-12k per month with salary structure 2k basic and other consolidated in "perks".. Perks which they can take back whenever they like. 2) No PF no pension.. Actually all work under contract and very few are permanent. 3) You are liable to work 24x7..12 to 24 hours a day. Don't complain just work your as* out. 4) If you refuse to work such long hours you are transferred to other dept, targeted and insulted. 5) If there is a holiday for festival be ready to compensate it with Sunday's. 6) Never waste your talent for the promises given by HR or your boss.. They are only for time being. 7) Don't join just because you want experience. its not worth it. 8) Managers are given huge incentives and income so never expect any help from them in needs..They are paid so they remain loyal to company and never go against the management. In the end you are all alone.
