There’s no straight training because they expect rules change all the time. Management doesn’t want to create a simple guide or set up success for newcomers. Team has to write tasks every 30 minutes to prove they are working 8 hours a day, ignoring that they are “not micromanaging”. Management team has high expectations but pays low and doesn’t appreciate team members or work ethic enough.
