Pros
Fast paced, high performance environment. You will never get bored. See success first hand with results from world class race teams around the world. I see much potential for future growth, but not without some significant changes.
Cons
Many positions are too narrowly focused, which can bring monotony. Beware of the design manager, a long time employee who commonly exhibits erratic and hostile behavior. If you work directly for him, expect to be aggressively micromanaged. Top management seems to approve of his behavior, as it has been commonplace for many years. No paid sick time off which brings all sick people to work, thus getting the rest of us sick.
