Pros
Fast paced work environment, never boring, working in motorsports, team environment, great human resources department, lots of company sponsored lunches and celebrations, connection to motorsports, championship rings and celebrations, great employee retention, focused, involved & motivated leaders (family business), financially stable as the contracts are signed for the year in advance, and the budget is clear.
Cons
Racing environment with long hours and fluctuating schedule to meet tight schedules (the race doesn't wait for us!), same goals year after year (win races!), very minimal room for advancement or pay increases (employee retention rates are high, due to passion for motorsports).
