Pros

There is a renewed sense of excitement with new leadership in place. Clearer priorities, better communication, and a stronger focus on recognition have made a noticeable difference in day-to-day work. Leaders are more intentional about acknowledging contributions and creating space for people to do their best work. Work–life balance is genuinely respected, and flexibility is supported rather than just talked about. The culture feels collaborative, and there is growing confidence in the company’s direction.

Cons

With new leadership comes change, and some processes and roles are still evolving. Not everything is fully baked yet, which may feel uncomfortable for those who prefer stability.

Thank you for the honest feedback, and for the time you spent at Routeware. We're glad the flexibility and PTO worked well for you. We do want to set one point straight. Our Chief Product Officer is a woman, and our senior leadership is not all white. We're proud of that and intend to keep building on it. We've noted the concerns you raised about pace, advancement, and quality, and we'd welcome a more specific conversation so we can understand them better. People Operations is at hr@routeware.com if you're willing.
