Hope you like PLC ladder logic! - Systems Engineer RoviSys Employee Review

John Robertson (CEO) basically uses this company as a cash cow. PLC ladder logic sucks and is super boring in my opinion. Thousand Oaks, CA is a horrible place to live for young people. There's nothing to do and LA is 2 hours away. You will have no mentorship, have no work to do (it fluctuates SO much), and be alone in an office doing boring work (if you're stupid enough to not work remote). And the benefits/pay aren't even good, especially for CA. Thank god they hire new grads at least. Say "PLC" in the interview and you're hired lol.
