      Cons

      50 hours/week is the average Not a lot of career paths (Sales/Architect and Senior Engineer) No ESOP or profit sharing

      Free food often at the bakery. Remote work option.

      Cons

      Work life balance isn't the best. They try to work with you and it can really depend on the projects which you are on and your manager. Some are really awesome
