      Good place to start out Good Colleagues and Supervisors (Depends on the department you are assigned in) Plenty of company events to meet colleagues from different department and bond/chat (pre-covid)

      Cons

      Company Struggle with Manpower issues and retaining experienced people. Struggle to manage multiple projects. Progression in annual salary might be low as compared to people in similar industry.

      Free food often at the bakery. Remote work option.

      Cons

      Work life balance isn't the best. They try to work with you and it can really depend on the projects which you are on and your manager. Some are really awesome
