      Get exposure to new technologies and platforms. Can work in multiple industries/customers and get exposure directly working with end user clients. Friendly, young, team environment. Management is open for feedback and discussions.

      Cons

      Lack of manpower causes overload on some projects. Sometimes can get stuck on long term projects

      Free food often at the bakery. Remote work option.

      Cons

      Work life balance isn't the best. They try to work with you and it can really depend on the projects which you are on and your manager. Some are really awesome
