      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Very flexible with time off when needed. They show they really care about their employees. Remote work is a great option when not needed for in-person work/meetings. Diversify across many markets, so no fear of layoffs or anything during COVID pandemic or other large issues.

      Cons

      Commute is a little far from where I live.

      Pros

      Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

      Cons

      Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
