Pros
RoviSys does alot right, and in my opinion one of the best aspects of RoviSys is their focus on company culture through their events, values, and the people that they hire. Their work hard, play hard mentality shows in their desire to build engineers up as capable, independent workers that have a wide array of knowledge in different technologies. The projects can be difficult, but the company does a great job in providing the resources needed for each person to complete the project.
Cons
There are the occasional "Throw to the wolves" projects, but in my opinion these are where you learn the most. If you are not good at figuring things out and working through a problem, then this will be a difficult place for you to work.
