      -Simple work (you’re just testing different hardware) - Good pay for out of college

      Cons

      - Working on construction site - Not much room to grow or ask questions - No work life balance (because it is a consultant they expect you to drive very far to the site without regard to where you currently live)

      Company anticipates employees to travel to demanding sites in the data center sector, thus if you request to stay locally, there may be concerns and it could affect your ability to move up (either the technical route or management).
