      - Met team invulling geven aan het werk (en werktijden) - Mogelijkheden om hybride te werken - Strategie waarin maatschappelijke waarde toevoegen centraal staat - Organisatie zorgt goed voor personeel

      - Reistijd omdat ik niet voor een product werk waarbij de collega's in dezelfde stad wonen (maar dat wist ik van te voren)

      - The entire company focuses on working with an agile mindset - There is a lot of support for personal development - The focus is on working towards high performance teams with psychological safety and team maturity. - Very nice colleagues - Transparent and honest people

      Cons

      Traveling to the different locations to connect with colleagues, but there is a good balance to work remotely and make agreements with you team about working on a location.
