This is typically a low-paid, onsite work environment with long hours and unrealistic revenue expectations from the owner. Management was not very open to professional input or recommendations.
The most concerning part was promising work sponsorship if employees covered the lawyer fees, then laying people off at the last minute.
I would not recommend working here as it may end up being a waste of time and effort.
