Pros
-Newer company that has potential to create opportunity if they like you -If you're under the right manager you can do a lot from what I saw, but if you draw the "short" straw and are stuck with a terrible manager you're stuck forever... - You get free food occasionally and always have drinks stocked - Environment is decent but atmosphere is tense -There is potential for the company to do well if they just invest in the right people - The CEO is smart and designed a good product
Cons
- You can't live off the salary and it takes forever to promoted to earn full commission. -They tell you all these great things for you but when it comes down to it, don't follow through - You're told you build your own schedule but are required at ridiculous hours of the day to show up - It doesn't matter how well you do, the structure doesn't exists to be promoted -CEO isn't a business man, and need to let people who know what they're doing take care of their work.
