A couple of friends and customers, no real pro's based on the business
Cons
Everything. Poor management especially marcial, no benefits, commission rate is awful, no holidays, no progression even after 10 years. owner changed employees from salary to hourly due to law change based off his own greed. so many bad things which is why i left
