Unappreciative company owner. Does not know how to manage his employees. 13-14hr work. No benefits (no sicks days/vacation days). Vendor gets to decide his decions at times. Too small of a company still not ready for business. Would not recommend to anyone unless you are willing to sacrifice your day by day basis.
