Pros

As a current employee of 3 years since Rubix Support was conceived I feel obligated to add my experience after reading a negative review on this site. Rubix Support is guided by a value and belief that all people deserve a better life. For workers to support people to reach this goal Rubix support leadership (differing from a management style) exceeds anything other organisations can deliver. Its not just the extra details to caring for you workers like regular supervision, COVID self-care bags or the free yoga sessions during work time its the attention to the finer details like how you are feeling, acknowledging & rewarding your commitment and actively encouraging you to engage in self care. RUBIX will if you choose to apply place you and your family a priority. However you will need to pass a selection that demands without question that you are an excellent human that doesn't take short cuts and a core belief belief that our most dis-empowered, dis-enfranchised minority groups have access to everything thats nice in the world. It sounds cheesy to say Rubix Support feels like a family and a forever job, but it really does.

Cons

There really isn't however it is a human service field and we are often fighting the system so expect to work hard!! We all work super hard so If you're lazy best not apply.

Pros

- Team culture. - Employees are valued for their opinion and constructive feedback is both taken and given. - Wealth of knowledge from the ground up. - Active listening within its peak. - Genuine support for their employees and participants. - Takes on the “too hard baskets” that others do with integrity and advocacy for staff and participants. - aims to support the core.

Cons

- while all staff are valued, it can sometimes feel same old training and voices share their wealth of knowledge.
