      Pros

      They had good clients for that reason closure used to happen and they made money, thats the one and only pro.

      Cons

      firstly they should learn and understand that employees are not slave, they should know how to behave with one, such an unprofessional organization. they will force you to give good glassdoor reviews where as they would not provide you salary on time, they will not give you release and experience letter once you resign, and also they will not give you FNF. If you try to mail them they will ignore and block you from everywhere.
