      Great collection of art, Women-led, well maintained building, great events.

      Cons

      hiring college kids that are all from the same classes created a clique-like environment, so much time standing.

      Incredible place to work and great art-loving coworkers! I absolutely loved working at Ruby City. The management is great as well.

      Pros

      Awesome employees and it is a safe space for diversity and LGBTQIA + identifying people. Great for those who have a love for the arts. Good for those who can work part time. Flexible with schedule.

      Cons

      No career opportunities. No PTO, since its part time, that means no benefits either. Much like any other entry level job in the Arts. The pay is alright, but not enough to live on.
