I LOVE my time at Ruby Peak Recruiting. I've been here for 3.5 years and enjoy the culture and people I work with. The owner invests in all of his employees and he really helped me grow my career. I chose to work at Ruby Peak over the other recruiting firms for a number of reasons, but one thing that I really like is the fact that we specialize in one specific area (administrative placements) which clients and candidates truly appreciate.
