Federal contract work that allowed me to contribute to a federal agency. Remote work that permitted analytical thinking and autonomous work. Communication with leadership was almost entirely via email so I would go weeks without actually speaking to someone one the phone so my days were very productive. The program managers values productivity and accuracy so it was a very satisfying experience. It was very low stress. When I experienced a health crisis Ruchman assisted me in accessing my employee benefits and they were very helpful and kind. This was a contract position and eventually the contract ended otherwise I would consider returning.
