Cons
Alert- Since most people working Permanent Remote, please impose on folks to turn on their cameras for regular e-meet/ standups that will bring in lots of benefits: - Easy to find sleepy faces and ask them to start the session :-D (just kidding).. -Creates better connections and engagement with your team, -Holds team accountable and focused. -Minimizes any sense of isolation it may feel if someone is not speaking much. -Helps you read what others mean beyond their words (body language) -Motivates you to get dressed (bored of wearing old pyjamas) :-D
