-No direct deposit -no growth oportunities -Unpaid holidays -No 401k -Toxic environment Talking with coworkers is FORBIDDEN -ZERO raises excusing themselves, "because business is not doing good" Discrimination No privacy (The owners don't have a clue on how to talk with employees on working floor) -No workplace safety -Wage theft -They don't have respect for employees and their abilities -No corporate culture -No ethics - Bias towards every non-corean employee, Stacey Lee, a sarcastic old woman, bully employees all the time she does not know how to manage a little office, as a result, she'd get steaming mad anytime she's criticized, she has paper piles, cosmetics, trash, all over the office, we had customer complaints about her and her expired and cheap quality cosmetics and she always excuses as the customers are irrational Management is disaster, small privately owned company, the owners, wife, and husband, yell and call out employees in front of everyone, making a fool of them for any single reason! They change company policies according to their mood If you join RUDE COSMETICS, expect that you are going to be treated like a VILE SERVANT. If anyone goes against them (different opinion) they target the employee and find any reason to terminate Employees can't take any stand for ourselves! They make checks manually, they steal hours and minutes (playing dumb) about it (Make sure to have a record of every single day)
