Pros

I have been working with Rudeen for about 8 months now and all I can say is that I love this company! It’s truly been a great career move for me. The staff, as well as upper management, are extremely supportive. They've always treated me fairly and have been attentive to any needs I may have. Whether it be time off or a personal day they are first and foremost understanding as well as accommodating. My office space is gorgeous and the people I have the pleasure of working alongside are friendly and caring. Bottom line is when you put forth the hard work it is acknowledged. And let's face it who doesn't like to be recognized for their work ethic, it gives a new found confidence and pushes you to continue excelling. Unlike big corporations that tend to push employee needs aside, this family like work environment is incredibly appealing. They have been great at providing me with the tools I need to become as knowledgeable as possible in the field of property management and I am extremely grateful that I've found a company that is willing to invest in me becoming as educated and successful in this field as I can.

Cons

Hmm, Cons? what are those?

Pros

There aren't any pros to working with Rudeen.

Cons

Middle management is horrible and makes the work structure too top heavy. Marcus (Maintenance Manager) never shows up, doesn't answer his phone, and keeps you from completing tasks by not giving you purchase orders to keep on track for strenuous goals. The middle management routinely steals the bonuses from employees and strives to keep dishonest and poor workers on hand. They cannot keep employees because they pay so poorly. I was eventually placed in a position that Marcus had worked in with a three man team. One person was expected to work three times harder for these greedy jerks.
