      Wonderful colleagues, children, families, mission, location and outdoor curriculum.

      Cons

      Major racial reckoning on the horizon. Dated and whitewashed curriculum. Lack of diversity in the faculty. Disinterest in retaining talented young teachers who don't adhere to their idealistic pedagogy.

      Organic and cooked warm lunch, beautiful classrooms, some very professional colleagues, who take their work seriously

      Some double standards- diversity in theory- judgemental and exclusive in practice- disrespectful
