      Pros

      chances to promote if you work hard, theres a lot of turnover.

      Cons

      pay is seriously low. They do not treat their employees with respect. The break room looks like a filthy junk room while the owner has a nice private kitchen for when he visits once a month. The managers that have been there for years are ineffective and difficult to work with.
