Rugvista is a down to earth, open and transparent company. With colleagues who are there to support and boost one another. It is a learning environment and great company for understanding the ecom business.

Quick in their changes. Foster internship in terms of work force but don't necessarily hire, even though a talent. Very dependant on market and are quick of scaling up or down depending which can create an unstable environment.
