International business with world wide customer base which makes for a very interesting work environment. Never a dull moment. Great people here with a lot of knowledge. Compensation seems to be all across the board. Negotiate the best salary you can because raises are generally less than 3% per year.
Cons
Privately owned, family held company which translates into not much opportunity for advancement. Due to upper management being comprised of family members it is very difficult to see any real change. Each brother has his kingdom and rules without compromise. Very divided work force between Tulsa and Monterrey Mexico factories. While management has tried to standardize processes, it seems he factories still function as two independent companies.
